What are the necessary steps to make a video? Collapse Every client project is a little different and we do our very best to work within your timeline. The following is a general outline of our process. Pre-production involves phone calls, emails and/or in person meetings to develop a concept and a timeline to execute it. This can also entail script writing, storyboarding, hiring talent and location scouting. Step two is production which means filming and all of the associated activities (set design, lighting, sound, teleprompter). Step three is post-production which includes editing, motion graphic production, audio mixing, and several stages of client review until we have a finished product and all files are delivered to the client.
